Peelie coupons are attached to products in the store.  The manufacturer puts them there to entice you to buy their product.  They are like coupon presents!!!

A few weeks back during a Kroger mega event, I hit the jackpot with a peelie coupon.  Barbeque sauce was $0.50 when you purchased 10 items.  When I went to pick up a couple bottles, there was a coupon for $1.00 off a box of velveta shells and cheese with the purchase of the sauce.  Guess what…the shells and cheese were in the sale too!  I grabbed a few of both and they cost me $0.50 each!  That is a fantastic deal!

Another deal I came across recently was on skippy peanut butter.  Wal-Mart had the 15 ounce jars on sale for $1.50.  Right there on the jar was a coupon for $1.00 off!  Drum roll please………$0.50 each!  That made this frugal mama dance down the aisle!

Next time you are shopping, keep your eyes “peeled!”

We made a scrumptious lunch with our shells and cheese. BBQ sausage, macaroni, and celery. The meal for myself and all five of the kids cost $3.25!
