Pizza Crust Recipe

Pizza is a staple in my house.  It is right up there with milk, cheese and coffee.  (Aren’t those the staple foods???)

You all know how much I love my bread machine!  At least once a week I make pizza dough with it.

Here is a FRUGALIRIFIC recipe that cost me about $0.55. (Much better than $2.50 for one in a can.)

 

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups water

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup oil (You can use olive oil if you want a richer flavor)

2 tsp instant yeast

pizza dough

I just throw the ingredients in the machine and put it on the bread cycle.  Once it is done I put in a covered bowl in the refigerator until I need it.  It will stay fresh for several days!
