Yeast Rolls

yeast rolls

Ok.  This recipe is my go to for all kinds of dinner bread.  Is that actually a product?  I have no idea.  But I use it to make dinner rolls, garlic bread, cheesy bread, or just bread to slather butter on.

It. is. awesome!

Here is what you need:

3 3/4 cups flour

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water

1 egg

1/3 cup butter, softened

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup sugar

2 1/4 tsp yeast (one pouch)

Dump all your ingredients into your bread machine on the dough cycle, dry ingredients first. ( If you don’t have a bread machine, just mix them up as best as you can in a bowl and then knead by hand for about 5-10 minutes.  Set in a bowl and let rise for about an hour.)

Form it into rolls, a loaf, or whatever your heart desires!!  Put in a draft free place and let it rise for about 30-40 minutes.  Bake on 350 for about 20 minutes.
